A pass-through,not a vault.

Collevo checks your clients' files and hands them to your own Drive or Dropbox. It is built to hold as little as possible, for as short a time as possible.

What lives where. One file, start to finish.

Follow one photo from your client’s phone to your Drive. At every stop: where it is, who can reach it, and how long it stays.

  1. Your client holds it

    On your client’s phone

    Where it is
In their camera roll or files, where it already is.
    Who can reach it
    Your client.
    How long
Until they choose to upload it.
  2. One-time code

    Where it is
Still on the phone. Nothing has moved yet.
    Who can reach it
Only the person with the code sent to your client. No account, no password.
    How long
The upload page stays locked until the code is confirmed.
  3. Collevo holds it, briefly

    Encrypted upload

    Where it is
On its way to Collevo over an encrypted connection.
    Who can reach it
    Your client, sending it.
    How long
As long as the upload takes.
  4. Checked

    Where it is
    On Collevo, encrypted at rest.
    Who can reach it
Collevo, to run the checks that catch problems like a blurry photo.
    How long
Only long enough to check it and hand it off.
  5. You hold it

    Handed to your storage

    Where it is
Your own Google Drive or Dropbox.
    Who can reach it
You, and anyone you already share that folder with.
    How long
As long as you keep it. It is your file.
  6. Removed from Collevo

    Where it is
Nowhere on Collevo. The temporary copy is removed.
    Who can reach it
No one. There is no copy left to reach.
    How long
What stays is a line in your activity log, not the file.

What we do. And what we don’t claim.

What Collevo does

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

Uploads travel over encrypted connections and stay encrypted while Collevo holds them.

  • A one-time code, not a password

Clients confirm a code sent to them. There are no client accounts or passwords.

  • Held briefly, then removed

Uploads are kept only long enough to check and hand off to your storage.

  • Every step on the record

Each open, upload, check, and reminder is written to the request’s activity log.

What Collevo doesn’t claim

  • SOC 2 · Not claimed

  • HIPAA · Not claimed

  • Any other certification · Not claimed

Collevo does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or any other certification. If your work requires one, talk to us before you rely on Collevo for it.

Security, in plain answers.

Does Collevo keep copies of my clients’ files?

No. Uploads are processed temporarily for checking and then removed. Accepted files go to your own Google Drive or Dropbox.

How are uploads protected?

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest while Collevo handles them.

How do you know the right person is uploading?

Each link requires a one-time code sent to your client before anything can be uploaded.

Do my clients need a password?

No. There is no client account to create or password to forget. A one-time code confirms it is them.

Can I see what happened on a request?

Yes. Every open, upload, check, and reminder is kept in an activity log for your account.

Is Collevo SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. Collevo does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or other certifications. If your work requires one, talk to us before you rely on Collevo for it.

How do I report a security issue?
