Every upload checked. While the client is still there.

The most expensive file is the one you have to ask for twice. Collevo reads each upload as it comes in. If a photo is blurry, a page is missing, or it is the wrong document, the client sees a short, specific note and can fix it right away.

Your files should live where you already work. When an upload is accepted, Collevo puts it into your connected Google Drive or Dropbox, in a folder for that client and request. Collevo itself does not keep a copy.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They tap your link, confirm a one-time code, and upload from their phone. No account, no app, no password.

What does the upload check look for?

Whether a photo is readable and in focus, whether it is the document you asked for, and whether multi-page documents are complete. If something is off, the client sees a short, specific note and can fix it on the spot.

Do reminders stop on their own?

Yes. Friendly reminders go out by text and email until every item is in, then stop on their own. Each one is logged.

Where do the files go?

Into your own Google Drive or Dropbox, in a folder for each client and request. Uploads are processed temporarily for checking and then removed, so Collevo keeps no copy.

How do I see who still owes what?

One dashboard shows every open request: what each client still owes, how long it has been, what was flagged, and which reminders went out.

Can I edit the checklists?

Yes. Start from a template for your trade or from scratch, then add, remove, or reword items and reuse it for every client. Checklists can ask for photos, files, text answers, and choices. Signatures are coming soon.

How much will it cost?
